Led the strategy and creative direction for a stock image campaign aimed at increasing authentic representation of diverse professionals in the workplace. Identified a gap in available imagery that reflected real, intersectional identities—across race, gender, body type, ability, and age—and developed a campaign that highlighted inclusive moments in modern work environments. Partnered with photographers, talent, and brand stakeholders to produce a library of visuals that felt candid, aspirational, and true to today’s workforce. These assets were used across marketing, editorial, and partner content to help shift the visual narrative of who belongs in professional spaces.
